To send a parcel with parcel force is simple, you are given two choices in which to start the delivery of your parcel. The two options are get it collected from your home address or drop it into one of our local partners. Your parcel is then taken to a sorting office and then flown to Denmark.

Most deliveries being delivered to Denmark will normally be delivered with 3-4 working days.

Denmark Service Summary

• All parcels will be collected from retailers who wish to send to Denmark and sent to The Processing Centre (TPC).
• TPC the hold full responsibility in processing your parcel.
• Parcels are then divided into two sections ones which will be delivered via the My Pack service and the other for the Merchandise mail service.
• The processing centre in Derby will then send the parcels to the Direct Links Hayes facility.
• Direct Link will then send your parcel to Copenhagen in Denmark.
• Once at Copenhagen the parcels will then be divided depending on which service they are being sent by.
• Parcels that are being sent via My Pack will be sent to the Post office, and parcels that are sent via Merchandise mail are prepared for their delivery.

Customs Information and Carrier Restrictions

Denmark is in the EU which means there is no import duty to pay currently when shipping from the UK.

Additional notes

• MyPack will deal with parcels from the weight of 0.4kgs up to the weight of 30kgs.
• Merchandise mail will only send parcels up to the weight of 2kgs.
• Merchandise mail parcels are always sent straight to the customers door if there is no answer the courier will leave a card and the parcel will be sent to the local sorting office.
• MyPack customers will be informed when their parcel has arrived at their local post office and will then have up to 14 days to collect the parcel before they are sent back to the original sender in the U.K.
