Luxembourg Service Summary

• The Processing Centre (TPC) will receive your parcels from retailers who wish to ship to Luxembourg.
• TPC will then hold full responsibility fro the parcels.
• At the TPC they will weigh, scan and label your parcel.
• Parcels will then be placed in relevant pallets and hauled by Europa to Folkstone (Eurostar).
• Once parcels are ready for dispatch they are sent via the Eurostar to Breda in the Netherlands.
• PostNL will then hold full responsibility for the parcels once they arrive in the Netherlands.
• PostNL then sort and scan the parcels before they are collected and re-routed according to region. PostNL transport parcels to in-country hub.

Customs Information and Carrier Restrictions

Luxembourg is in the European Union and therefore there is not duty charged for importing items from the United Kingdom.

Additional notes

• All parcels for delivery to Benelux will be delivered to Breda and will then be re-routed.
• Parcels can be tracked throughout the delivery process.
• All parcels must be signed for and will not be left in a safe place.
• When parcels arrive in country customers will receive a generic email stating their parcel has arrived.
• Two delivery attempts will be made; on the third attempt customers can call to arrange a convenient delivery time.
• Parcels will be delivered within 3-4 working days.
