For a fraction of the cost compared to other carriers and network providers ParcelWorks will ensure a smooth and quick transaction through every process.
To start the delivery process of your parcel off there are two ways in which you can choose, the first is to have it collected from your home address or you can drop it off with one of our local partners. Your parcel is then taken to a depot where is will then is sent to Russia via air.
Delivery times vary depending on where in Russia you are sending the parcel, SLA* is 8 days delivery or if you are sending to Moscow including the surrounding areas the delivery time is 3-4 days and for St Petersburg and surrounding areas the delivery times are 4-5 days. ParcelWorks will ensure a fast hassle free delivery.

Russia Service Summary
• Your Parcel will then be received at the Processing centre (TPC) .
• TPC will then take full responsibility of the process your parcel will then take by weighing, scanning and labelling it.
• Parcels will then be taken in their sorted bags to the Colnbrook Facility.
• At the Colnbrook Facility the parcels will be receipted at sack level, parcels are then placed in a caged location for up to 7 days pending on passport details being submitted by the customer via online.
• When ID has been approved the parcels are then taken to Heathrow airport where they are flown to Moscow.
• Items are then cleared through customs and collected by SPSR express.
• SPSR then process the delivery at their sorting office.
• Parcels are then shipped to the customer via final mile carriers.
• Delivery cost includes two re-delivery attempts.
• If the parcel can not be delivered or is unwanted it will be returned to the local hub where they will then be collected weekly and sent back to the U.K.

Customs Information and Carrier Restrictions
Customs charges can vary depending on who is importing.
Individuals importing up to a value of €1,000 and a total weight of 31 kg within one calendar month are exempt from duty and VAT. However, if the value is larger than €1,000, then a combined duty and tax is levied at 30% on the difference. The amount payable is waived if duty and taxes do not exceed €2.
If the weight is greater than 31 kg, then a combined duty and tax is charged at €4 per kg on the difference.
Further, if both the value and the weight are above the threshold, then a combined duty and tax is levied at 30% on the difference in value, with a minimum charge of €4 per kg.
Commercial imports rates depends on the type of commodity being imported.

Additional notes
• Once an order as been placed a generated email will be sent to the end consumer the consumer must input passport details.
• The consumer has up to 7 days to enter passport details.
• If passport details are not entered in time frame given the parcel will then be re-delivered to the retailer/original sender.
