Singapore Service Summary
• The Processing Centre (TPC) will receive your parcel.
• TPC will then be fully responsible for your parcel and will then weigh, label and scan your parcel ready for delivery.
• Parcels will then be sorted into their correct sacks.
• They are then taken to London Heathrow.
• Parcels will be flown to SIN (Singapore).
• Once the parcels arrive in Singapore they will be cleared and collected by our in country partner Anchanto.
• Anchanto will then re-sort and scan the parcel to prepare them for their final mile delivery.
• Anchanto will send the parcel out for its final mile delivery.
• Parcels will arrive with the customer within 4-6 working days.

Additional notes
• Signature is required upon delivery.
• Parcels may be left with concierge/porters as many Singaporeans live in apartments.
• Sales tax of 7% levied on goods over £400. Duty is only due on controlled goods.
• Once the parcel arrives in country the customer will receive a SMS or an email (depending on what the customers proffered means of contact was) telling them the parcel is in country. This SMS/email will also make the customer aware of the delivery day and a 2-hour delivery window.
• If the parcel cannot be delivered then the customer will receive an electronic calling card, customers can then contact Anchanto to arrange a same day re- delivery.
