There are two ways in which to send a parcel to Kuwait with ParcelWorks. You may have the parcel collected from a convenient address or drop it off to one of our many partners.
Our size & weight allowance will ensure you can send a parcel whether it is small, medium or large and you can always request bespoke rates for items outside of the current allowance.
Your delivery will be delivered to the customer within 4 working days.

Kuwait Service Summary
• The Processing Centre (TPC) will receive your parcel.
• TPC will then be fully responsible for your parcel and will then weigh, label and scan your parcel ready for delivery.
• Parcels will then be sorted into their correct sacks.
• They are then taken to London Heathrow where they are receipted.
• Aramex will oversee the process as the parcels are flown to Bahrain and then onto Kuwait (KWI).
• All parcels being sent to Kuwait must pay a flat rate duty tax on delivery.
• Aramex will be the final mile courier.

Customs Information and Carrier Restrictions
Duty rates in Kuwait vary from 0% to 5%, with the average duty rate at 4.56%.
The import duty and taxes payable are calculated on the complete shipping value which includes the cost of shipping.
There is no minimum threshold in Kuwait.

Additional notes
• Parcels arriving in Kuwait must be signed for at the final delivery.
• At the instruction of the customer parcels can be left in a safe place.
• Aramex will be responsible for collection I.D and duty from the customers when the parcel arrives in country.
• Customers will receive three generic email when the parcel has been shipped, arrived in country and out for final delivery.
• Two delivery attempts are included within the delivery cost.
• If the first delivery attempt fails the customer can contact Aramex to arrange a second delivery or can collet the parcel for a local Aramex sortation hub.
